ACTIVE WARRANT/FELONY VIOLATION OF PROBATION

Warrant Dismissed and Probation Terminated – 6/21/2016

Client came to us with an active Felony violation of probation (VOP) warrant. We successfully kept the client from having to get arrested on the warrant (which would normally cause the client to be held at in custody without being able to bond out), and resolved the alleged violations of probation without any sanctions for the VOP, and with probation being terminated.
