DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (DUI)

Resulted in hung jury, State dropped charges – 5/9/2016

Client was accused of speeding and cutting in and out of traffic, while tailgating and driving aggressively. When stopped, the officer reported slurred speech, bloodshot eyes, the odor of alcohol. Beer bottles were found in the vehicle. The officer claimed the client failed field sobriety exercises. The client refused a breath test.
