DUI DROPPED; CLIENT PLEAD TO RECKLESS DRIVING

Officer stopped Client for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign, swerving between lanes and speeding. Officer noted the odor of alcohol, unsteadiness, slurred/thick speech, and other signs of impairment. The client admitted to having 3 drinks. The client refused to perform field sobriety exercises and a breath test. The client was arrested and it was noted that the client had a prior DUI arrest from 5 years earlier.
