Client was the Respondent in an action filed by his ex-spouse who seeking to domesticate and enforce a foreign judgment. Furthermore, the ex-spouse was asking to equitably divide assets here in Florida. Longwell Lawyers, led by Carmen Tankersley, filed a Motion to Dismiss the action on several grounds. At a hearing on the matter, the court granted the Motion to Dismiss.
