LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS BATTERY (2 COUNTS)

Client was accused of raping a 14 year old female. However, the evidence did not support the claim, and the client had an Alibi witness establishing that the alleged offense could not have occurred as claimed.

As the result of extensive pre-trial and trial preparation, the State dropped the charges on the day of jury selection.
