TRAGIC FATAL TRAFFIC HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION

Our client was allegedly involved in a motor vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality. After a lengthy Traffic Homicide Investigation was completed, our client was properly not charged with Vehicular Manslaughter. However, our client received an infraction for Failing to Yield (Fatality), which would have resulted in a license suspension. At a hearing today, that infraction was dismissed. We are mindful of the tragedy involved in this case but are thankful our client was able to receive a fair and appropriate outcome.
