I was accused of a minor incident while exiting a gated subdivision when the gate closed on my car. I could have backed up but chose to forge ahead and I bent the gate. This happened at the beginning of 2019 and the HOA came after me and tried to press charges for the damage the summer of 2021. I was charged with criminal mischief.
