Longwell Lawyers Defending Against False Accusations

Vigiland D’Haiti is horrified that he is the subject of the disturbing and false accusations being made against him. Mr. D’Haiti strongly denies the allegations.

It is important to note that Mr. D’Haiti is NOT charged. While Mr. D’Haiti has been arrested, an arrest is based on one of lowest legal standards in our criminal justice system.

Fortunately, Mr. D’Haiti is appropriately presumed innocent, and he has been released on bond, as such. Furthermore, Mr. D’Haiti intends to enter a plea of not guilty to any charges and he will request a jury trial.

Vigiland D’Haiti and his wife, Kelly, have put their heart and soul into the sport of cheerleading for over 20 years. Their program, Rush All Stars, is run with integrity and decency. Many members of our community have entrusted “Vig” and Kelly to work with their families. Anyone who knows them understands that these allegations are not true. The D’Haiti’s have a well-established exceptional reputation for being professional and ethical.

Please understand that anyone can easily be accused of wrongdoing. Fortunately, we have a process that allows for such allegations to be properly and fairly considered. We ask for people to respect the process and to reserve judgment on these shameful and false accusations.

Mark Longwell,
LONGWELL LAWYERS,
on behalf of Vigiland D’Haiti
