Ashley Hernández has over 6 years of paralegal experience in areas such as family law, guardianships, immigration, probate, wills and estates, and real estate law. She shares Dominican and Colombian heritage, which has created a unique passion in her to assist immigrants in all areas of the law, beyond just immigration.

Ashley was born in New Jersey and raised in the Dominican Republic throughout most of her childhood. She returned to New Jersey where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Jurisprudence with a Minor in Psychology from Montclair State University in 2018. Shortly thereafter, Ashley earned her Master’s in Law and Governance also at Montclair State in 2019. She has now earned her Juris Doctorate in 2022 from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. While at Barry, she was able to represent clients as a student-attorney in both the Collaborative Family Law Clinic and Immigration Law Clinic.

Ashley speaks English, Spanish, and Italian fluently.
