In 2011, we at Longwell Lawyers tragically lost our beloved Business Manager, Madeline Hernandez, to breast cancer. We all have too many close family members and friends who have battled cancer. Thankfully, there have been many advances in the fight against breast cancer, and we are grateful for our loved ones who are survivors. Longwell Lawyers is supporting the American Cancer Society in the continuing fight against cancer.

Please join us in this fun and meaningful event!

Longwell Lawyers has created a team for the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk on October 28th, 2017, at Lake Eola. Our team will meet in the offices of Longwell Lawyers (390 North Orange Avenue, Suite 1825, Orlando, Florida 32801), atĀ 8:00 a.m.Ā on the morning of the event, where breakfast will be available. Convenient parking is available at our office building, for which we can cover the first hour, and after that, the building charges $2.00 per half hour. Additional parking can be found at the Orange County Courthouse parking garage (corner of Amelia and Orange, one block away) for $2.00 per hour.

The team fundraising goal has been set at $1,000. Please join our team and contribute to the cause. You can join our team and/or donate to this cause by goingĀ here. For all who join us for this event, there will be lots of food and fun! Longwell Lawyers will be giving out gift bags with cool swag: such as t-shirts, water bottles, pens and good karma (while supplies last).

Attorney Benjamin Jones handled my case flawlessly. My case had been dropped by another attorney and even though our case was strong, he knew from the beginning that it was not going to be an easy one. He still took the case. The prosecutor was using all kinds of gimmicks to make us take a plea bargain, and Mr. Jones never considered taking any of them, which would have been the easy way. After a very long process, which was delayed even more due to Covid, he managed to get all the charges dropped, which were two felonies and three misdemeanors.
