Longwell Lawyers is investigating an incident of violence that was partially caught on video (which has gone viral) during which Michael Varley, who is represented by Longwell Lawyers, was attacked at the Baldwin Park Publix in front of his pregnant wife and two year old child by a person identified by the Orlando Police, as Edwin Colon. According to the Orange County Clerk of Court records, Edwin Colon was convicted in 2002 of Disorderly Conduct; and in 2006, he was sentenced for an Aggravated Battery Causing Great Bodily Harm to 4 months in jail followed by 2 years of probation and ordered to get anger management counseling for violently attacking a female.
